采用自制的钛系催化剂合成聚酯,以同一聚合釜合成的常规锑系聚酯为对比样,系统考察钛系聚酯的切片质量指标、纺丝性能、后加工性能、纤维色相方面的变化等。结果表明,相同装置上合成的钛系聚酯的纺丝、后加工性能与常规锑系聚酯未见差异,完全可以满足纤维生产要求;非锑聚酯应用于生产纤维时纤维的成型加工(纺丝、牵伸)等可以改善钛系聚酯切片的色相发黄问题,还可以通过染包进一步调整、缩小纤维色泽上的差异。
採用自製的鈦繫催化劑閤成聚酯,以同一聚閤釜閤成的常規銻繫聚酯為對比樣,繫統攷察鈦繫聚酯的切片質量指標、紡絲性能、後加工性能、纖維色相方麵的變化等。結果錶明,相同裝置上閤成的鈦繫聚酯的紡絲、後加工性能與常規銻繫聚酯未見差異,完全可以滿足纖維生產要求;非銻聚酯應用于生產纖維時纖維的成型加工(紡絲、牽伸)等可以改善鈦繫聚酯切片的色相髮黃問題,還可以通過染包進一步調整、縮小纖維色澤上的差異。

The properties and spinnability of the polyester chips prepared by Titanium catalyst were contrasted with the polyester chips synthesized with normal catalyst.The color change in fiber process were studied.The result showed that their properties and spinnability were almost same.The polyester chips prepared by Titanium catalyst can be used to manufacture fiber and its color can be improved by dying.
