随着中国进入老龄化社会，老年人的健康管理问题已经变得空前严峻。本文将物联网技术与老年人健康监护系统相结合，针对老年人痴呆和心脑血管疾病，设计出针对老年人的人体传感器网络、定位系统和智能报警系统。传感器将数据实时的传送到健康管理平台和疾病监测专家系统平台。通过这两个平台的支持，联合社区、医疗卫生机构，最终建立老年人宜居环境体系。

With becoming an aging society in China, the health management for aged people is becoming more severe. In this paper, IOT（Internet of Things） is combined with health care system for aged people. Against elderly dementia and cardiovascular diseases, body sensor networks for aged people, the location system and intelligent alarm system are designed. The real-time sensor data is transmitted to health care management platform and disease monitoring expert system platform. Supported by these two platforms, as well as the community,the health care institutions, the convenient and livable environment system is established ultimately.
