利用漆酶与介体TEMPO构成的体系(LMS)对竹子化机浆进行生物处理,后续运用过氧化氢一连二亚硫酸钠对浆料进行两段漂白。通过比较不同影响因素对纸浆白度和纸张抗张指数的影响,评价LMS体系对竹子化机浆生物改性效果,进而优化漂白工艺。通过组织正交实验确定,最佳工艺条件:漆酶用量lμ/L,介体用量1%,pH值5,反应温度55℃,反应时间1.5h。最佳工艺验证结果如下:白度32.75%ISO,白度增幅为10.87%;抗张指数3.8705N·m/g,抗张指数增幅为148.4%。

The bamboo chemi-mechanical pulp was treated with laccases/mediator TEMPO system (LMS), subsequently bleached with hydrogen peroxide bleaching and bleached with sodium hydrosulfite as the second stage. By comparing the effect on the pulp brightness and tensile index by different factors of LMS system to evaluate the effect of the system for bio-modification of bamboo cherni-mechanical pulp, and then optimized the bleaching process. Through orthogonal experiment , it was found that the optimum conditions for the treatment of the system were. the change of laccase 1μ/L pulp, TEMPO 1% pulp, pHS. 0, temperature 55℃ and reaction time 1.5h. In the conditions, the results were. brightness 32.75% ISO, brightness increase 10.87%, tensile index 3. 8705 N · m/g and tensile index increase 148.4%.
