科学地评价文化旅游资源的开发潜力,是合理开发利用文化旅游资源、提高旅游地文化开发品位、促进旅游业可持续发展的重要前提。分析了伏牛山东段低山丘陵区文化旅游资源的现实条件,并运用AHP法对其开发潜力进行定量评价。结果表明,伏牛山东段低山丘陵区文化旅游资源开发潜力集中于Ⅱ、Ⅲ等级,具有资源品位较为突出、开发空间大的特点,其中民俗文化开发潜力最大,可作为重点文化旅游项目并予以优先开发。

Scientific evaluation of the exploitation potential of cultural tourism resources is an important premise for the reasonable utilization of cultural tourism resources to improve cultural development grade of tourist destination and promote the healthy sustainable development of tourism industry.With the example of the hilly areas located in eastern Funiu mountain,the realistic conditions of cultural tourism resources are qualitavively anylzed,and their exploitation potential are quantitatively evaluated by AHP method.The results show as follows： The exploitation potential of cultural tourism resources in hilly areas of eastern Funiu mountain concentrated on level II and III with the chareacteristics of high resource grade and wide development space,where folklore culture with the biggest exploitation potential could serve as the key cultural tourism project for preferential development.
