创新型创业型人才培养是目前国内高校教育实践探索的一个崭新领域，农林院校加强大学生创业教育，培养大学生创新精神和创业能力，对提高国家创新能力和解决大学生就业问题以及新农村建设具有重要意义。笔者从分析当前经济形势下大学生自主创业的重要意义入手，以福建农林大学创业型人才培养的实践为例，探索农林院校创业型人才培养新模式。
創新型創業型人纔培養是目前國內高校教育實踐探索的一箇嶄新領域，農林院校加彊大學生創業教育，培養大學生創新精神和創業能力，對提高國傢創新能力和解決大學生就業問題以及新農村建設具有重要意義。筆者從分析噹前經濟形勢下大學生自主創業的重要意義入手，以福建農林大學創業型人纔培養的實踐為例，探索農林院校創業型人纔培養新模式。
창신형창업형인재배양시목전국내고교교육실천탐색적일개참신영역，농림원교가강대학생창업교육，배양대학생창신정신화창업능력，대제고국가창신능력화해결대학생취업문제이급신농촌건설구유중요의의。필자종분석당전경제형세하대학생자주창업적중요의의입수，이복건농림대학창업형인재배양적실천위례，탐색농림원교창업형인재배양신모식。
The training of innovative entrepreneuriai talents is currently a new area of research in the practice of domestic higher education. To improve the national innovative capacity, to help college students with their employment, and to build a new countryside, it is of significance for agriculture and forestry institutions to enhance the students＇ entrepreneurial education and to cultivate their spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking the practical case of the training of entrepreneurial talents in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as example, the author analyzes the significance of college students starting their own businesses in the present economic situations and explores new models for the training of entrepreneurial talents.
