以乙醇浓度、物料比、温度、超声波提取时间为因素,采用正交实验法优化蚕沙中总黄酮提取最佳工艺路线,并以芦丁为标样,利用紫外可见分光光度法测定蚕沙中总黄酮的含量。经实验,得出最佳提取工艺路线为50%的乙醇:料液比1:12(w/v),在80-85℃下提取4小时,超声波辅助提取50min,每批原料提取二次,可得总黄酮的最大提取量为12.52mg/g。

By taking the ethyl alcohol density, thing material ratio, temperature and the ultrasonic wave extraction time as five factors, this article used the orthogonal cut-and-try method to optimize silkworm excrement the total flavanone extraction best craft route, and taking the grass cutter as the standard sample, in the use ultraviolet obvious spectrophotometric method determination silkworm excrement the total ffavanone content, after the experiment, the optimum extraction craft route obtained is 50% ethyl alcohol, expected the fluid compared to 1 : 12 (w/v), under withdrawing between 80-85℃ for 4 hours, the ultrasonic wave withdrawing 50min auxiliary, each batch of raw materials withdrawing two times, the biggest extraction quantity in the total flavanone is 12.52mg/g.
