为促进人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学的学习型社会的形成,在分析随时入学、随时学习、随时考试的应然性、可能性与现状的基础上,提出开放大学不仅能够、而且必须选择随学随考的方式,并进一步对开放大学随学随考的运作方式作了必要的探讨。
為促進人人皆學、處處可學、時時能學的學習型社會的形成,在分析隨時入學、隨時學習、隨時攷試的應然性、可能性與現狀的基礎上,提齣開放大學不僅能夠、而且必鬚選擇隨學隨攷的方式,併進一步對開放大學隨學隨攷的運作方式作瞭必要的探討。
위촉진인인개학、처처가학、시시능학적학습형사회적형성,재분석수시입학、수시학습、수시고시적응연성、가능성여현상적기출상,제출개방대학불부능구、이차필수선택수학수고적방식,병진일보대개방대학수학수고적운작방식작료필요적탐토。
In order to promote the formation of a learning society in which anyone can tearn at anytime and any place, the author argues that Open Universities not only are possible but also must adopt the form of flexible examing and learning, and also.discusses the approaches and strategies to carry out the flexible examing and learning, based on the analysis of the inevitability, possibility and current situation of the flexible admission, learning and examing mechanism.
