新型磁性齿轮传动装置属于磁场调制式磁力传动结构,具有转矩密度高、运行效率高的优点,有替代机械齿轮在清洁、低温和高空等环境中运行的潜力。该装置具有两层气隙,运行时少极数内转子和多极数外转子分别以不同转速不同转向旋转。由于内外转子转动步长不同、方向不同,采用纯有限元法计算时,必须随时根据转子的转动进行气隙内网格的处理,难度很大。使用数值解析结合法计算磁场,由于气隙区域无网格,内外转子实现了灵活转动。根据计算结果,可以获得气隙区域的磁通密度解析表达式,进行谐波分析,有利于方便、精确地计算电磁转矩。在理论分析和计算的基础上,设计和制造了样机,试验证明新型磁性齿轮传动装置具有高传动效率和高转矩密度。

A novel magnetic field modulation gearing which has two rotors and two layers of inner and outer air gap transmits torque by magnetic force with high density and efficiency,and could be a potential substitution of a mechanical gearing if used in lustration,low temperature,high altitude environment etc. The less pole pairs inner rotor and more pole pairs outer rotor rotate with different speeds and different directions. Due to the different rotation paces and directions of the two rotors,it is very difficult to adjust the meshes in the two air layers when pure finite element analysis is used. Calculating magnetic field by way of numerical and analytical combined method has advantage of no grid in the air gap region when rotors rotate freely,as well as aberration of grid shapes can be avoided. The analytical solution of magnetic vector potential in the whole air gap can be obtained with the value of air gap boundary points,thus the magnetic field harmonics especially the electromagnetic torque can be analyzed conveniently. On the basis of qualitative theoretic analysis and quantitative calculating by the numerical and analytical combined method,a prototype is designed and constructed. The high transmission torque density and efficiency of the magnetic field modulation gearing are illustrated by the test results.
