This paper summarized the main TCM Syndromes of combination principle and proteomics, reviewed the application of proteomics technology in the TCM syndromes in 5~10 years, and the future development of Chinese medicine syndrome proteomics prospect. Expand the application fields of proteomics in medicine, explain the meaning of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from a new perspective.
