随着人们环保意识的加强,钻井废弃物的处理问题越来越受到关注.无污染钻井液、固相处理、钻井废弃物的回收利用等方面的研究也越来越深入.但单纯从治理的角度解决钻井废弃物的管理问题比较被动,处理成本很高.为此引入了钻井废弃物全过程管理的概念,从源头做起对钻井作业各阶段的管理方法进行探讨,建立了一种钻井废弃物全过程管理体系.从钻井废弃物管理方案设计的依据入手,对施工中钻井废弃物进行了定量分析,并建立了层级管理方案.现场应用结果表明:该体系通过统筹考量生产作业绩效与环境绩效,平衡环境保护和企业发展的关系,实现了经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一.

As the public's awareness of environmental protection is increasingly enhancing, the issue of drilling waste treatment is given more attention. Research on non-pollution drilling fluids, solids treatment and recovery and reuse of drilling waste is furthering. Addressing the issue of drilling waste management from the treatment perspective alone is relatively passive and the treatment cost is high. Therefore, the concept of drilling waste life cycle management is introduced. Starting from the source of drilling waste generation, this concept discusses the management methods at different stages in the process of drilling operation and establishes a drilling waste life cycle management system. Based upon the design basis of drilling waste management program and the quantitative analysis of drilling waste in the process of operation, a hierarchical management program is developed. The field application shows that the drilling waste life cycle management system integrates economic returns, social benefit and environmental benefit by comprehensively considering productive operation performance and environmental performance and balancing the relationship between environmental protection and enterprise development.
