从土壤中筛选分离到1株γ聚谷氨酸的生产菌株yt102,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌;以此为出发菌株采用紫外线(UV)、亚硝基胍(NTG)进行复合诱变,获得1株γ聚谷氨酸高产突变株,突变株连续传代10次,发酵性能稳定;通过单因素和正交试验确定培养基的最佳组成,在最优条件下,γ聚谷氨酸的平均产量可达28.5 g/L.
從土壤中篩選分離到1株γ聚穀氨痠的生產菌株yt102,初步鑒定為枯草芽孢桿菌;以此為齣髮菌株採用紫外線(UV)、亞硝基胍(NTG)進行複閤誘變,穫得1株γ聚穀氨痠高產突變株,突變株連續傳代10次,髮酵性能穩定;通過單因素和正交試驗確定培養基的最佳組成,在最優條件下,γ聚穀氨痠的平均產量可達28.5 g/L.

γ-Polyglutamic acid producing strain yt102 was isolated from soils and taxonomically identified as Bacillus subtilis. A high productive strain of γ-polyglutamic acid was obtained from yt102 with mutagenesis by UV and NTG, and it was genetic ally stable in 10 generations. Fermentation medium composition for the mutant strain was optimized by a single factor and preliminary orthogonal experiments. The average yield of γ-polyglutamic acid reached 28.5 g/L on the optimized medium.
