为改善滤嘴对卷烟焦油的过滤效果,提高吸食品质,降低卷烟成本,本文选用粘胶短纤维作为卷烟过滤材料,开发了粘胶短纤维卷烟滤棒的成型工艺路线,制备了符合国家标准的新型卷烟滤棒.对不同规格纤维和成型工艺条件对滤棒性能的影响进行了较系统的研究.

In order to improve the filtration efficiency of tobacco filter for tobacco tar and smoking quality and reduce the cost of tobacco, in this paper viscose staple fibre was selected as the filter stuff of cigarette filters and molding process of which was exploited. According to the national standard, a series of new types of viscose staple fibre tobacco smoke filters were fabricated by new technology. Systemic studies on the effects of different types of fibres and the varied molding conditions on the filter performance were performed, and some valuable achievements were obtained which is very useful for the development of industrialization of viscose staple fibre tobacco smoke filter.
