The numerical calculation method was applied in flood regulating calculus of tailing dam. Fourth order Runge-Kutta was used to determine the relation between the differential equation of water balance of tailing dam and flood discharge. The interpolation method was adopted to analyze capacity curve and flood discharge curve to realize the flood regulating calculus of tailing dam. Programming language fortran was applied to program computer program and the calculation could reach the expected goal.
