目的探讨人胚胎胰腺中干细胞特异性标志巢蛋白(Nestin) 的表达及阳性细胞的分布. 方法用连续切片免疫组织化学染色方法检测16周胎龄人胚胎胰腺中巢蛋白、胰岛素、胰升糖素和导管上皮标志细胞角蛋白19(CK19)的表达及分布. 结果 16周人胚胎胰腺中可检测到巢蛋白阳性细胞,分布于胰岛以及胰导管和腺泡结构中,并且以腺泡结构和小导管中的数目为多.部分胰岛素和CK19染色强阳性的细胞中巢蛋白染色为弱阳性,胰升糖素强阳性的部位则未见巢蛋白染色阳性的细胞. 结论人胚胎胰腺中存在巢蛋白表达的细胞;巢蛋白阳性细胞可能是胰腺组织中一个特殊的细胞亚群,代表了一群未成熟细胞.
目的探討人胚胎胰腺中榦細胞特異性標誌巢蛋白(Nestin) 的錶達及暘性細胞的分佈. 方法用連續切片免疫組織化學染色方法檢測16週胎齡人胚胎胰腺中巢蛋白、胰島素、胰升糖素和導管上皮標誌細胞角蛋白19(CK19)的錶達及分佈. 結果 16週人胚胎胰腺中可檢測到巢蛋白暘性細胞,分佈于胰島以及胰導管和腺泡結構中,併且以腺泡結構和小導管中的數目為多.部分胰島素和CK19染色彊暘性的細胞中巢蛋白染色為弱暘性,胰升糖素彊暘性的部位則未見巢蛋白染色暘性的細胞. 結論人胚胎胰腺中存在巢蛋白錶達的細胞;巢蛋白暘性細胞可能是胰腺組織中一箇特殊的細胞亞群,代錶瞭一群未成熟細胞.

Objective To investigate whether nestin-expressing cells are present in human fetal pancreas and the cells distribution. Methods Immuno- histochemical staining was used to determine the expression and distribution of nestin, insulin, glucagon and cytokeratin 19 (CK19) in the consecutive sections prepared from human fetal pancreas at 16 weeks of gestation. Results There were nestin-expressing cells in the 16-week human fetal pancreas. These cells resided in the islets of Langerhans, pancreatic ductal and acinic structures, and were the most abundant in both acini and small ducts. Some of the insulin and CK19 positively staining cells were positive for nestin expression. There were no nestin positive cells within the areas where glucagon-expressing cells resided. Conclusion The cells expressing nestin, a marker for pancreatic stem cells, may be a subpopulation of immature cells in the human fetal pancreas.
