Buyang Huanwu Decoction fracture healing ALP calcium ion in serum
为探讨补阳还五汤促进骨折愈合的机制,选新西兰大白兔60只,随机分为对照组及实验组。实验组人工折骨造模,并分别于造模后第7、14、21、35、49天进行血液成份及血清生化含量测定。结果显示实验组血液成份与对照组相比,在各观察时间段内均无统计学差异;而血清生化指标比较,实验组血清钙浓度于术后7、14、21、49天高于对照组,碱性磷酸酶浓度在术后第7、14、21、35天高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明补阳还五汤可能是通过提高血清钙及碱性磷酸酶的含量,促进骨折愈合的。
為探討補暘還五湯促進骨摺愈閤的機製,選新西蘭大白兔60隻,隨機分為對照組及實驗組。實驗組人工摺骨造模,併分彆于造模後第7、14、21、35、49天進行血液成份及血清生化含量測定。結果顯示實驗組血液成份與對照組相比,在各觀察時間段內均無統計學差異;而血清生化指標比較,實驗組血清鈣濃度于術後7、14、21、49天高于對照組,堿性燐痠酶濃度在術後第7、14、21、35天高于對照組(P<0.05或P<0.01)。錶明補暘還五湯可能是通過提高血清鈣及堿性燐痠酶的含量,促進骨摺愈閤的。
위탐토보양환오탕촉진골절유합적궤제,선신서란대백토60지,수궤분위대조조급실험조。실험조인공절골조모,병분별우조모후제7、14、21、35、49천진행혈액성빈급혈청생화함량측정。결과현시실험조혈액성빈여대조조상비,재각관찰시간단내균무통계학차이;이혈청생화지표비교,실험조혈청개농도우술후7、14、21、49천고우대조조,감성린산매농도재술후제7、14、21、35천고우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。표명보양환오탕가능시통과제고혈청개급감성린산매적함량,촉진골절유합적。
To explore the mechanisms of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in promotingfracture healing, 60 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, and they were made models by artificial fracture, then the experiment group were treated by Buyang Huanwu Decoction. After 7, 14, 21, 35, 49 days of treatment, the blood constituents and the biochemical criterions of them were measured. The results showed that the blood constituents of two groups made no difference, while the values of the concentration of calcium ion in serum of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group after 7, 14, 21, 49 days of treatment respectively, also the values of the concentration of APK in the experiment group were higher than those of the control group after 7, 14, 21, 35 days of treatment respectively, suggesting Buyang Huanwu Decoction can increase the concentration of calcium ion in serum and ALP of rabbits after fracture, and promote fracture healing.
