研究了在硼酸-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,痕量 Cu(Ⅱ) 催化邻甲氧基酚的氧化自聚反应的最佳条件、动力学参数及反应机理,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的线性范围为 0~180 ng/25 mL,检出限为 4.9×10-11g/mL。已应用于铅锌矿废渣中铜的测定。

Trace Cu(Ⅱ) can catalyze the oxidation and self-polymeric reaction of o-methoxyphnol in H3BO3-NaOH buffer. The optimum conditions kinetic parameters and reaction mechanism were investigated. Based on the reaction,the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) was proposed. The linear range is 0~180 ng/25 mL with detection limit of 4.9×10-11g/mL. This method was used to determine copper in offscum of plumbean-zinc mine with satisfactory results.
