目的探讨《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》的实用价值。比较不同营养指标对胃癌病人营养不良的诊断意义。方法测定胃癌病人实际体重（ABW）、身高、血清Alb浓度。分别根据《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》和改良Broca公式计算出健康时理想体重：IBW1和IBW2。结果IBW1与健康时的平时体重（UBW）比较无显著性差异。%IBW1、BMI2、BMI1和血清Alb浓度指标对营养不良的检出率呈非常显著性差异。%IBW1、BMI2和BMI1相互之间呈非常显著相关。结论《中国成年人体质测定标准指南》具有应用价值。胃癌病人的营养评定应以实际体重与理想体重比（%IBW1）为主要指标。

Objective To investigate the usefulness of China Adult ConstituteStandard Guide.To compare the diagnostic significance of different nutritional parameters for malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer.Methods The actual body weight(ABW),height,and serum concentration of Alb of the patients with gastric cancer were measured.Ideal body weight IBW1 and IBW2,were respectively produced from China Adule Constitute Standard Guide and modified Broca formulas.Results No significant difference between usual body weight (UBW) and IBW1 was found.And they are significantly correlated.The detective rates of %IBW1,BMI1,BMI2,and serum Alb for diagnosis of malnutriction have highly significant difference.%IBW1,BMI1 and BMI2 are significantly correlated.Conclusion China Adult Constitute Standard Guide have applicative value.The nutritional assessment of the patients with gastric cancer should take %IBW1 as main parameters.
