目的探讨荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术在绒毛间期细胞染色体分析中的应用价值。方法应用地高辛标记的探针pY3.4以及生物素标记的探针21 q22.3,对10例流产绒毛进行荧光原位杂交,以绒毛染色体直接制备分析验证杂交结果。结果 FISH杂交结果与绒毛染色体分析结果一致,诊断率达95%以上。结论 FISH技术是一种非常有效的可用于产前诊断间期细胞染色体分析的手段。

Objective To detect the value of the method of interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) by analysing chorionic villus samplings.Methods Ten chorionic villus samplings were hybridized with digoxin labelled pY3.4 probe and biotin labelled 21 q22.3probe.The results were tested by making slides directly using chorionic villus and analysing the metaphase.Results Under fluorescence microscope,the hybridization signals in the interphase cell were clearly visible.The data of two methods were consistent.The diagnosis rate of interphase FISH is up to 95% and over.Conclusion Interphase FISH is a very useful and important way in pregnant diagnosis such as chorionic villus detection.
