目的探讨高血压病人的血清唾液酸浓度以及唾液酸浓度与对应收缩压和舒张压的相关性。方法应用化学比色法测定100例高血压病人的血清唾液酸浓度，同时测定他们的坐位右臂血压，并皆以100例正常血压者作对照。结果高血压组唾液酸，男(735±95)mg/L，女(731±98)mg/L；正常血压组唾液酸，男(523±87)mg/L，女(525±89)mg/L。高血压病人的唾液酸与收缩压和舒张压的相关系数(r)分别为0.37和0.28。结论高血压病人的唾液酸水平高于正常血压人群，唾液酸浓度与血压高低呈线性关系，可作为判断高血压病和心血管病严重程度的一个重要指标。

Objective To study serum sialic acid concentrations in patients with hypertension and the relativity of sialic acid concentration to systolic & diastolic blood pressures.Methods Serum sialic acid concentrations in 100 patients with hypertension were tested with chemical colorimetry and right arm blood pressures in sitting postures were measured,while compared with that in 100 healthy volunteers.Results Contents of sialic acid in males and females were respectively(735±95)mg/L (n=58) and (731±98)mg/L(n=42) in patients group,(523±87)mg/L and (525±89)mg/L in health control group.Coefficient of linear correlation(r) of sialic acid concentrations in the hypertensives to systolic blood pressure was 0.37 and to diastolic one 0.28.Conclusion Serum sialic acid concentrations in hypertensive patients were higher than that in healthy populations.Sialic acid concentration was linear correlative to blood pressure,which may be one very important index to estimate severity of hypertension and cardiovascular di-seases.
