目的研究抱茎苦荬菜Ixerissonchifolia全草的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及光谱(IR,ESI-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR,HMQC和HMBC)分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从抱茎苦荬菜全草的氯仿提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:蒲公英烷-20-烯-3β,16α-二羟基-3-乙酯(taraxaster-20-en-3β,16α-diol-3-acetate,Ⅰ),蒲公英甾醇乙酯(taraxasterylacetate,Ⅱ),(E)-2,5-二羟基桂皮酸[(E)-2,5-dihydroxycinnamic acid,Ⅲ],本犀草素(luteolin,Ⅳ),棕榈酸(palmiticacid,Ⅴ)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,Ⅱ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Object To study the chemical consti tuents of whole plant Ixerissonchifolia. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purif i cation of its constituents; and structurally identified by spectral analysis (IR , ESI-MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, HMQC and HMBC) and chemical eviden ces. Results 6 compounds were identified from its chloroform e xtract as: taraxaster-20-en-3β,16α-diol-3-acetate (Ⅰ); taraxasteryl ac etate (Ⅱ); (E)-2, 5-dihydroxy cinnamic acid (Ⅲ); luteolin (Ⅳ); palmitic acid (Ⅴ); and β-sitosterol (Ⅵ). Conclusion Co mpound Ⅰ was a new compound and Ⅱ was found in this plant for the first time.
