用激光散射法对聚氯乙烯糊树脂(PPVC)浆料粒径及其分布和粉料颗粒粒径及其强度进行了测定和研究。结果表明:初级粒子的粒径大小和分布是决定PPVC树脂糊性能的关键因素;在一定范围内(30~60μm),二次粒子颗粒强度即二次粒子的解碎程度是影响PPVC树脂成糊性能的重要因素之一。
用激光散射法對聚氯乙烯糊樹脂(PPVC)漿料粒徑及其分佈和粉料顆粒粒徑及其彊度進行瞭測定和研究。結果錶明:初級粒子的粒徑大小和分佈是決定PPVC樹脂糊性能的關鍵因素;在一定範圍內(30~60μm),二次粒子顆粒彊度即二次粒子的解碎程度是影響PPVC樹脂成糊性能的重要因素之一。

The particle size and its distribution of paste PVC as well as the size and strength of paste PVC powder are determined and studied by laser diffractometry. It is shown that the size and its distribution of primary particle are key factors influencing the property of paste PVC, and when the range of secondary particle size is from 30 μm to 60μm, its strength (i. e. the crushing degree) is one of the key factors influencing the property of paste PVC.
