目的探讨空军地面人员的心理健康特点，为建立适合我军特点的军人心理防护体系和军人心理健康量表提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(简称 SCL-90)和卡特尔 16 种个性因素(简称 16 PF)测验，对 244 名空军地面现役军人进行了心理健康测试，并与国内有关研究成果进行比较。结果 SCL-90 因子分频数分布随总分及因子分增加呈逐渐下降趋势，90.0 % 以上的军人心理健康状态评定为正常，因子分≥2 发生频率居前 3 位的依次是人际关系敏感、强迫、偏执等；16 PF 测验表明，位于典型低分和典型高分前 3 位分别是创造能力、怀疑性、怯懦果断以及内外向性、兴奋性和世故性，预测心理健康不良比例为1.65 ％。结论提示空军地面人员身心健康低于飞行学员，优于其它人群，空军地面人员中的人际关系、创造能力、果断性及独立性较低。

Objective　To research the characteristics of mental health of Air Force ground-service men so as to provide scientific basis for establishment of soldiers′ mental protecting system and mental health scale suited to our Army.Methods　Mental health test was carried out in 244 ground-service men on active service through SCL-90 and 16 PF Test,and the results were compared with other domestic results concerned.Results　According to SCL-90, factorial freqency tended to decrease progressively with the total score and factorial score increasing.The mental condition of over 90.0 % of the soldiers was normal and the first 3 places for freqency (factorial score ≥2)were respectively sensitivity of interpersonal relationship,obsession-compulsion and bias;according to 16 PF test,the first 3 places were creative power,scepticism and timidness-resolution for typical lower score and introversion-extroversion, excitability and worldly wisdom for typical higher score.It was estimated that 1.65% of them had troubles in mental health.Conclusion　It is suggested that the state of mental health in Air Force ground-service men be worse than that of aircrew students,but better than common people.Air Force ground-service men have troubles in interpersonal relationship,creative power,resolution and independence.
