目的:探讨人参皂甙R g3抗肿瘤生长的作用机制。方法:利用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)观察Rg 3作用后肿瘤新生血管的生长情况,并采用Lewis肺癌模型进一步探讨Rg3在体内对肿瘤生长 及肿瘤新生血管形成的影响。结果:Rg3浓度为0.1和0.5 mmol/L 时,CAM血管生长抑制指数分别达(62.4±9.3)%和(45.6±5.7)%,与对照组相比差异非常 显著(P<0.01)。对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠分别以5、10、20 mg/kg的剂量隔日灌胃 一次给予Rg3,连续10次,20 d后观察到3组的肿瘤瘤质量分别为(1.77±0.21)、(1.58 ±0.17)及(1.22±0.29) g,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),生长抑制率分别为 23.04%、31.30%和47.10%,同时观察到Rg3组的新生血管数也明显减少。 结论 :人参皂甙Rg3可明显抑制Lewis肺癌的生长,其抑瘤作用部分是因为抑制了肿 瘤诱导的新生血管形成。

목적:탐토인삼조대R g3항종류생장적작용궤제。방법:이용계배융모뇨낭막(CAM)관찰Rg 3작용후종류신생혈관적생장정황,병채용Lewis폐암모형진일보탐토Rg3재체내대종류생장 급종류신생혈관형성적영향。결과:Rg3농도위0.1화0.5 mmol/L 시,CAM혈관생장억제지수분별체(62.4±9.3)%화(45.6±5.7)%,여대조조상비차이비상 현저(P<0.01)。대Lewis폐암하류소서분별이5、10、20 mg/kg적제량격일관위 일차급여Rg3,련속10차,20 d후관찰도3조적종류류질량분별위(1.77±0.21)、(1.58 ±0.17)급(1.22±0.29) g,여대조조비교유현저성차이(P<0.01),생장억제솔분별위 23.04%、31.30%화47.10%,동시관찰도Rg3조적신생혈관수야명현감소。 결론 :인삼조대Rg3가명현억제Lewis폐암적생장,기억류작용부분시인위억제료종 류유도적신생혈관형성。
Objective: To study the mechanism of inhibitory ef fect of ginsenoside Rg3 on tumor growth. Methods: The chick chor ioallantoic membrane(CAM) test and Lewis lung carcinoma model were used to inves tigate the inhibitory effect of Rg3 on tumor angiogenesis. Results: Rg3(0.1 or 0.5 mmol/L) obviously inhibited angiogenesis in the CAM. Treatmen t with Rg3 in vivo obviously inhibited Lewis lung carcinoma growth with the inhibition ratio from 23% to about 47%. We also observed that the angiogenesis in implanted Lewis lung carcinoma tissue decreased obviously after treated wit h Rg3 (5, 10, 20 mg/kg). Conclusion: Rg3 can obviously inhibit t he growth of Lewis lung cancer, the inhibitory effect partially due to the effec t of Rg3 inhibiting neovascularization induced by malignant tumor.
