对中国棉铃虫单粒包埋核多角体病毒(HaSNPV)基因组中的HindⅢ-Ⅰ片段的序列进行分析,该片段全长7?501nt,包括10个开放阅读框:AcMNPVORF111的同源基因(Ac111),晚期表达因子2(lef-2)基因,病毒核壳结构蛋白p24基因、gp16基因、多角体包膜蛋白(polyhedronenvelopeprotein,pep)基因、AcMNPVORF63的同源基因(Ac63),38.7kD基因,晚期表达因子1(lef-1)基因,及两个特有基因HaSNPVorf591和HaSNPVorf435。基因组的排列比较分析发现与AcMNPV有较大区别。

In order to investigate the genomic organization of thesingle-nucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus(SNPV) of Helicoverpa armigera(HaSNPV),the HindⅢ-Ⅰ fragment which is 7,501nt long and locates at map units(mu)12.3-17.9 of the viral genome was sequenced. The fragment contained ten open reading frames(ORFs)representing homologues of the AcMNPV orf 111 and orf 63,a lef-2 gene,a p24 gene,a gp16 gene,a pep gene,a 38. 7kD gene,a lef-1 gene and two unique genes named orf 591 and orf 435. Sequence alignment revealed that baculoviral P24,PEP and LEF-1 have some conserved motifs and gene structure as those observed in their homologues from other baculoviruses. The genomic arrangement of the ORFs in the HaSNPV HindⅢ-Ⅰ fragment is very different from the arrangement of their homologues in the genome of Autographa californica multiple nucleocapsid(M)NPV.
