本文研究了碳源、氮源、愈创木酚、香兰素及培养条件对漆酶分泌的影响;结果表明,淀粉作碳源、干酪素作氮源有利于漆酶的分泌,适宜浓度的愈创木酚和香兰素等对漆酶的产生有一定的作用;pH在3.0~8.0的范围内对漆酶的分泌影响差别不大,培养温度、接种量、通气量对漆酶的分泌有较大影响。
本文研究瞭碳源、氮源、愈創木酚、香蘭素及培養條件對漆酶分泌的影響;結果錶明,澱粉作碳源、榦酪素作氮源有利于漆酶的分泌,適宜濃度的愈創木酚和香蘭素等對漆酶的產生有一定的作用;pH在3.0~8.0的範圍內對漆酶的分泌影響差彆不大,培養溫度、接種量、通氣量對漆酶的分泌有較大影響。
본문연구료탄원、담원、유창목분、향란소급배양조건대칠매분비적영향;결과표명,정분작탄원、간락소작담원유리우칠매적분비,괄의농도적유창목분화향란소등대칠매적산생유일정적작용;pH재3.0~8.0적범위내대칠매적분비영향차별불대,배양온도、접충량、통기량대칠매적분비유교대영향。
Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, o-methoxyphenol, vanillin and culture conditions on laccase production from Coriolus versicolor were studied. The results showed that starch as carbon source, and casein and soybean powder as nitrogen source, o-methoxyphenol and vanillin of suitable concentration had good influence on laccase production. There were a little difference between effects of pH 3.0~8.0 in the medium on laccase production, but the culture temperature, inoculation amount and ventilation volume had greater influence on laccase production.
