目的探讨B-Flow技术在下肢静脉曲张症中的应用价值。方法应用B-Flow显像技术、彩色血流显像(CDFI)和血流功率图（PDI），对33例（44条下肢静脉）经临床及X线造影确诊为下肢静脉曲张症的患者，进行术前超声血流动力学检测。结果B-Flow技术结合CDFI或PDI、频谱可明确病因和范围、严重程度。结论B-Flow有更高帧频、高分辨力和全景显示功能。为下肢静脉曲张症提供可靠的病因、定位诊断和半定量诊断，为临床诊治提供依据。
목적탐토B-Flow기술재하지정맥곡장증중적응용개치。방법응용B-Flow현상기술、채색혈류현상(CDFI)화혈류공솔도（PDI），대33례（44조하지정맥）경림상급X선조영학진위하지정맥곡장증적환자，진행술전초성혈류동역학검측。결과B-Flow기술결합CDFI혹PDI、빈보가명학병인화범위、엄중정도。결론B-Flow유경고정빈、고분변력화전경현시공능。위하지정맥곡장증제공가고적병인、정위진단화반정량진단，위림상진치제공의거。
Purpose To evaluate the value in varicosis of lower limb (VLL) byB-Flow.Methods 33 cases with VLL diagnosed by angiography were observed by B-Flow and CDFI.Dynamics of blood flow were detected pre-operation.Results The causes of the disease and range involved could be defined combined with CDFI or PDI.The degrees of the venous lesion may be classified .Conclusion B-Flow has more functions of high frame rate,high dynamic range and bandwidth.B-Flow can provide effective evidences of the disease,the locating diagnosis and semi-quantificational diagnosis.
