双河油田上部地层蒙脱石含量高,易水化分散造浆,使用PAC系列或两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,提高抑制性。下部地层因多年分层开采和长期强化注水形成不同的压力层系,进入油层(注水层)前必须调整好钻井液性能,加入屏蔽暂堵材料,密度的确定以地质、工程设计和新钻邻井资科为参考依据,以酸溶性铁矿石粉加重。在钻开每个油层(注水层)和起钻前要进行平衡观察,达到不涌不漏。改进双河油田调整井钻井液技术和钻井工程技术措施后,到2000年2月底共钻井30多口,进尺约60000 m,井涌、井漏和井塌现象明显咸少,提高了钻井速度,减少了环境污染。

Drilling problems such as lost circulation and pipesticking occur frequently in Shuanghe area. becauseof its geological condition and long term of enhancedrecovery, which causes complicated undergroundpressure systems. Modified drillmg fluid technologyand optimized drilling techniques are taken to improvethe adjustment well drilling in this area. In the upperformation. PAC or zwitterionic polymer drilling fluidare used to control mud-making tendencies. In thelower formation, proper drilling fluid performancesare obtainced before hitting every pay zone. and at thesame time. closcely watceh any show of kick and lostcirculation. By the end of Feb. 2000. more than 30wells had been drilled with little drilling problem andimproved ROP.
