For a long time ,there is the tendency to paying more attention to examining and commenting and looking down on acsessment to the high talented person . The author put forward that the achievement evaluation should be actualized to the high talented person ,and expounded that some links should be grasped during evaluation .The competition mechanism will be formed and the whole quality of teachers will be improved through it.
