在研究攀钢连铸钢水温降规律的基础上,开发了连铸钢水温度预测模型。根据模型研究结果提出并实施了一系列温度控制措施,取得了中间包过热度小于25-℃的效果。

The mathematic model for predicting temperature of molten steel for continuous casting was developed on the basis of temperature drop law of molten steel at PZH steel.Based on the results of the model calculation,a series of measures for controlling temperature of molten steel were put forward and used.The overheating degree of the molten steel in tundish was controlled below 25℃.
