采用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照天蚕卵,当代与对照相比较,孵化率提高、幼虫龄期经过缩短,产生畸变、早熟等个体;对蛹血液蛋白质、酯酶同工酶进行PAGE分析,其谱带数和活性也产生了变化,证明He-Ne激光对天蚕不但具有诱变效应,且能获得有价值变异体。
採用不同劑量的He-Ne激光輻照天蠶卵,噹代與對照相比較,孵化率提高、幼蟲齡期經過縮短,產生畸變、早熟等箇體;對蛹血液蛋白質、酯酶同工酶進行PAGE分析,其譜帶數和活性也產生瞭變化,證明He-Ne激光對天蠶不但具有誘變效應,且能穫得有價值變異體。
채용불동제량적He-Ne격광복조천잠란,당대여대조상비교,부화솔제고、유충령기경과축단,산생기변、조숙등개체;대용혈액단백질、지매동공매진행PAGE분석,기보대수화활성야산생료변화,증명He-Ne격광대천잠불단구유유변효응,차능획득유개치변이체。
The eggs of Antheraea yamamai were irradiated by using differentdosages of He-Ne laser.Compared with control plot,their hatchabilitie s were increased and their larval duration was influenced.Individual suchas abnor mal and premature mutants was also obtained.The blood protein and esterase iso enzyme of their pupa were analyzed with PAGE,found some changes in band number a n d activity.All those proved that He-Ne laser has some inductive effects on Anthe raea yamamai,from which individual of variation that has choice characte rs can be obtained.
