采用原子吸收分光光度法测定芦荟叶片中的镁含量,从而间接计算出花叶中叶绿素的含量。并对测定过程中有机萃取剂,反萃酸度的选择及干扰离子的影响进行了探讨。

An atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for determination of magnesium in aloe was described, and the content of chlorophyll was calculated indirectly. The selection of extraction solvent and acidity of stripping agent, and the effect of interferencing ion were studied.
