考察了液化性能较好的兖州煤、依兰煤和先锋煤以及汾西煤与催化裂化油浆的共处理过程,研究了催化裂化油浆对煤转化和产物分布影响的变化规律,通过比较煤和催化裂化油浆单独加氢处理的结果,阐述了催化裂化油浆与各种煤之间的相互作用.结果表明:催化裂化油浆与碳含量较高的兖州煤和汾西煤的匹配性好,共处理可促进煤的转化,轻质产物有显著的协同作用;而与碳含量较低、含氧官能团含量较高的依兰煤和先锋煤匹配性不好,不能提高煤的转化率,协同作用不明显.
攷察瞭液化性能較好的兗州煤、依蘭煤和先鋒煤以及汾西煤與催化裂化油漿的共處理過程,研究瞭催化裂化油漿對煤轉化和產物分佈影響的變化規律,通過比較煤和催化裂化油漿單獨加氫處理的結果,闡述瞭催化裂化油漿與各種煤之間的相互作用.結果錶明:催化裂化油漿與碳含量較高的兗州煤和汾西煤的匹配性好,共處理可促進煤的轉化,輕質產物有顯著的協同作用;而與碳含量較低、含氧官能糰含量較高的依蘭煤和先鋒煤匹配性不好,不能提高煤的轉化率,協同作用不明顯.

Coprocessing of four Chinese coals such as Yanzhou coal, Yilan coal Xianfeng coal and Fenxi coal with the catalytic slurry oil was carried out. The influence of catalytic slurry oil on coal conversion and the distribution of converted products was researched. The results of adding hydrogen to coal and catalytic slurry oil respectively were compared. And the interaction between catalytic slurry oil and the four coals was described. The result shows that the adaptation of catalytic slurry oil to the Yanzhou coal, which is high in carbon content, is good. So it can promote the coal conversion. While the adaptation of catalytic slurry oil to the Yilan and Xianfeng coals, which have a low content of carbon, is unfavorable in improving the conversion rate.
