目的观察Qi盐对肾性和自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用.方法通过缩窄左肾动脉而制备2K1C夹的肾性高血压模型,同时选用16周龄的SHR,2种实验鼠均连续给予Qi盐0.4、0.2、0.1 g·kg-1,14 d(ig,qd),观察其对肾性和SHR BP的影响.结果Qi盐各剂量组及普通盐组对肾性高血压模型鼠BP在用药d 7、14均无明显的影响,而对SHR,Qi盐0.4、0.2 g·kg-1给药7d后可显著降低BP,与对照组相比,P<0.05,但14 d后BP有所回升.结论Qi盐对肾性高血压模型无明显的治疗作用,但在给药7 d后能显著地降低SHR的BP.

목적관찰Qi염대신성화자발성고혈압대서(SHR)적강압작용.방법통과축착좌신동맥이제비2K1C협적신성고혈압모형,동시선용16주령적SHR,2충실험서균련속급여Qi염0.4、0.2、0.1 g·kg-1,14 d(ig,qd),관찰기대신성화SHR BP적영향.결과Qi염각제량조급보통염조대신성고혈압모형서BP재용약d 7、14균무명현적영향,이대SHR,Qi염0.4、0.2 g·kg-1급약7d후가현저강저BP,여대조조상비,P<0.05,단14 d후BP유소회승.결론Qi염대신성고혈압모형무명현적치료작용,단재급약7 d후능현저지강저SHR적BP.
AIM To study antihypertensive effects of Qi salt in renovascular and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). METHODS 2 kidney-1 clip (2K1C) renovascular hypertension was induced by subjecting the SD rats to left renal artery clamping. Sham-operated rats served as controls. In addition, sixteen-week-old SHR were used in the experiment. Renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and SHR were given Qi salt for 14 d (ig, qd). Systolic blood pressure a significant decrease in SBP after 7 d administration from [(166.361 ± 13.481), (167.383 ± 8.271)mm Hg] to [ ( 152.940 ± 12.045), ( 153.624 ± 9.970)mm Hg], respectively. However, the SBP of the treated SHR rose again after 14 d administration. CONCLUSION Qi salt do not produce a significant change in SBP of RHR, while a significant decrease in SBP of SHR is observed after 7 d administration.
