The theoretical formula of cutting force usually is a significant difference from the measuring value. The article, using statistics and analysis of the experiment data with the multi-linear regressing method, derives the function of deformed coefficient ξ, rub angle β, and cutting essentials such as ap, f, V, then suggests the quantitative connections between the theoretical formula and experience one. Finally the insufficiency of the theoretical formula is explained.
