目的:建立灵芝降糖胶囊的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1及三七皂苷R1进行定量测定.结果:人参皂苷Rg1在3.86~23.16μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.18%,RSD=1.52%;人参皂苷Re在0.628~3.768μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.22%,RSD=0.41%;人参皂苷Rb1在3.74~22.44μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.51%,RSD=0.74%;三七皂苷R1在0.764~4.584μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.05%,RSD=1.10%.结论:所建立的方法简便、快捷,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule. Methods: The contents of ginsenoside Rg1、Re、 Rb1 and notoginsenoside R, in Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule were determined by HPLC. Results: The resolutions of the determined peaks were fine. The linearity ranges for ginsenoside Rg1 ,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 were 3.86~23.16 μg(r=0.999 9), 0.628~3.768μg (r=0.999 9) ,3.74~22.44 μg(r=0.999 9) and 0.764~4.584μg(r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 100.18% with RSD 1.52%,100.22% with RSD 0.41%, 100.51% with RSD 0.74%, and 99.05% with RSD 1.10% for ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, notoginsenoside R1 respectively. Conclusion: The quantitative method for determining the ingredient of Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule is simple, feasible and repeatable, and is beneficial to quality control of Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule.
