目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊(辛复宁)清除人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus.HPV)感染的临床疗效及机制.方法:将感染HPV患者分成实验组(辛复宁组)和对照组(淑润栓组,重组人干扰素α-2b栓剂),观察比较两组作用于阴道后穹隆后对HPV转阴率,ELASA检测两组作用前后局部细胞因子白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4、IL-10、干扰素γ(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)的含量.结果:实验组HPV的转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组IL-4、IL-10含量降低和IFN-γ、TNF-α含量升高更明显(P均<0.05).结论:干扰素可以通过调节Th1/Th2平衡加强免疫清除病毒作用,且辛复宁以独特制刺方式充分发挥其清除HPV的作用.
目的:探討重組人榦擾素α-2b陰道泡騰膠囊(辛複寧)清除人乳頭狀瘤病毒(human papilloma virus.HPV)感染的臨床療效及機製.方法:將感染HPV患者分成實驗組(辛複寧組)和對照組(淑潤栓組,重組人榦擾素α-2b栓劑),觀察比較兩組作用于陰道後穹隆後對HPV轉陰率,ELASA檢測兩組作用前後跼部細胞因子白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4、IL-10、榦擾素γ(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、腫瘤壞死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)的含量.結果:實驗組HPV的轉陰率高于對照組(P<0.05),且實驗組IL-4、IL-10含量降低和IFN-γ、TNF-α含量升高更明顯(P均<0.05).結論:榦擾素可以通過調節Th1/Th2平衡加彊免疫清除病毒作用,且辛複寧以獨特製刺方式充分髮揮其清除HPV的作用.
목적:탐토중조인간우소α-2b음도포등효낭(신복저)청제인유두상류병독(human papilloma virus.HPV)감염적림상료효급궤제.방법:장감염HPV환자분성실험조(신복저조)화대조조(숙윤전조,중조인간우소α-2b전제),관찰비교량조작용우음도후궁륭후대HPV전음솔,ELASA검측량조작용전후국부세포인자백개소-4(interleukin-4,IL-4、IL-10、간우소γ(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、종류배사인자α(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)적함량.결과:실험조HPV적전음솔고우대조조(P<0.05),차실험조IL-4、IL-10함량강저화IFN-γ、TNF-α함량승고경명현(P균<0.05).결론:간우소가이통과조절Th1/Th2평형가강면역청제병독작용,차신복저이독특제자방식충분발휘기청제HPV적작용.
Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Xinfuning( recombinant human α-2b interferon capsule for vaginal foams) on the clearance of human papilloma virus (HPV). Methods: The patients with HPV infection were divided into experimental group (Xinfuning group) and control group (Shurunshuan group, a common recombinant human interferon α-2b in suppository form) .The HPV negative conversion rate was compared between the two groups after action on vaginal posterior fomix. The content of cytokines IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ, TNF-a in the cervical region before or after the application was detected by ELISA. Results:The negative conversion rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05). The content of IL-4, IL-10 was decreased and the cont ent of IFN-γ,TNF-α was increased apparently( P < 0.05). Conclusions: Interferon has the effect on clearance of HPV infection by regulating Th1/Th2 balanced state to boost immunization and the unique preparation of Xinfuning can strengthen such function.
