目的调查社区卫生服务机构儿童门诊处方的用药情况,以促进社区合理用药.方法随机抽取某县19家社区卫生服务中心2008年1-12月的儿童门诊处方4 560份,对其临床用药情况进行分析.结果使用针剂的处方占71.01%,使用输液的处方占55.37%,联合用药处方占90.13%,单处方平均用药品种数为2.80种,使用抗菌药物的处方占75.59%,抗菌药物与抗病毒药物联用的处方占38.57%,存在不合理用药情况的处方占5.04%.结论该县社区卫生服务机构儿童门诊存在一定程度的不合理用药,建议提高社区医生的认识,加强监管和教育宣传,规范处方行为,促进合理用药.

Objective To investigate the condition of medication in prescription for pediatric outpatients in community health service (CHS) institutions in order to promote the reasonable medication.Methods Totally 4 560 prescriptions for pediatric outpatients from 19 CHS centers in a county were randomly collected from January to December 2008.Then a comprehensive statistics about the status of medication was conducted.Results The amount of injection agents in prescription accounted for 71.01%,infusion agents for 55.37% ,and medication in combination for 90.13%.The average number of drugs in a single prescription was 2.80.The amount of antimicrobial accounted for 75.59%,concomitant antiviral agents for 38.57%.The amount of unreasonable medication accounted for 5.04%.Conclusion There were cases of unreasonable medication in pediatric outpatient prescriptions.It is suggested that to raise cognition of the community doctors,to enhance the management and education and standardize the practice of prescription,and thus to promote the reasonable medication.
