完成了支架试验台计算机监控系统的设计与开发;首先在分析液压支架试验台的结构功能和MT312-2000试验标准的基础上,确定了基于上下位机的系统设计方案;按照安全性、实时性和可靠性的要求,进行了硬件的选型和控制回路的设计;采用VB6.0开发了具有良好人机界面的上位机软件;建立了试验过程管理信息系统,实现了试验数据的管理及报表打印;利用STEP7开发了下位机控制软件,实现了试验过程的自动控制;在自由口模式下,采用VB中的MSComm控件实现了监控系统的通信,该系统工作稳定可靠且检测精度高,已用于目前国内最大的液压支架试验台,降低了成本,且提高了检测效率.

This paper completes the design and development of supervisory control system. First, the system design scheme is determined on the base of upper and lower computer after the analysis of structure and function of test- bed and MT312-2000 experiment standard. The selection of hardware is carried out and the control loop is designed according to the requirements of safety, real-time and reliability. The upper computer software with good man-machine interface is developed using VB6.0. The test process information system is built, which is convenient for the management of test data and the printing of report. The software of lower computer is exploited using STEP7 which can control test process automatically. The communication is realized by using MSComm in VB based on the free port mode This system has been used in the biggest hydraulic support test-bed in China which runs stably and accurately, reduces cost and improves test efficiency.
