近年来随着乌鲁木齐市机动车数量的快速增加,致使机动车排放污染突出. 通过调查乌鲁木齐市2007年机动车的保有情况及技术水平分布,研究了各类型机动车的排放因子以及年均行驶里程,并测算了该市2007年机动车污染物排放总量、分区排放量及各类型机动车的分担率. 结果表明:2007年在乌鲁木齐市注册的各类型机动车排放的CO总量为11.09×10~4 t,HC总量为1.53×10~4 t,No_x总量为2.73×10~4 t,PM总量为0.38×10~4 t;其中CO和HC排放主要集中在城区,No_x和PM排放主要集中在外埠;在城区的机动车排放中,CO和HC排放以轻型载客汽车为主,NO_x排放以中重型公交车为主,PM排放以中、重型载货汽车为主.

Over the past few years, there has been a rapid increase in the amount of vehicles in Urumqi City. The tailpipe emissions from these vehicles are surveys were conducted on vehicle population and the distribution of vehicle types and technologies, vehicle emission factors and mileages in 2007. This data formed the foundation of detailed analysis of the distribution of total vehicle emissions by area (urban, suburban, outside the city) and by type. The results showed that the total CO emissions of registered vehicles in Urumqi were 11.09×10~4 t, total HC emissions were 1.53×10~4 t, total NO_x emissions were 2.73×10~4 t, and total PM emissions were 0.38×10~4 t. The CO and HC emissions were primarily in the urban area whereas No_x and PM emissions were primarily outside the city. The main CO and HC emission sources from vehicles in the urban area were light duty vehicles. NO_x emissions in the urban area were mainly from heavy duty passenger buses. PM emissions in the urban area were mainly from heavy duty trucks.
