将研究重点从单个基因转移到基因信号通路,结合随机森林与信号通路分析了一组胃癌微阵列数据.通过研究基因在通路中的情况以及通路中的基因对胃癌肠型、弥漫型和正常组织样本的分类能力,扩展了随机森林在生物学中的应用,为胃癌的研究提供了新的思路.
將研究重點從單箇基因轉移到基因信號通路,結閤隨機森林與信號通路分析瞭一組胃癌微陣列數據.通過研究基因在通路中的情況以及通路中的基因對胃癌腸型、瀰漫型和正常組織樣本的分類能力,擴展瞭隨機森林在生物學中的應用,為胃癌的研究提供瞭新的思路.

The focus from single-gene to gene signal pathway was transferred and combined random forests method with gene pathway to analyze gastric cancer microarray data. According to research,the genes above pathway level as well as classifying capability of genes in pathways for different subtypes,intestinal and diffuse,and normal tissues of gastric cancer,the application of RF in biology were concerned,and a new thought for studies of gastric cancer was provided.
