用薄层荧光扫描法测定心可舒片中葛根素含量。以甲醇为溶剂，超声处理样品，氯仿-甲醇-醋酸乙酯-水(8.1∶9.4∶26∶4)为展开剂，激发波长为320nm，进行单波长反射法线性扫描测定，平均加样回收率为98.93%，RSD为1.78%(n=5)。

The TLC fluorescence scanning method for content determination of puerarin in Xinkeshu tablets was studied. The sample is solved in methanol by ultrasonic. Using silica gel G containing carboxymethylcelluolse sodium as the coating substance and chloroform-methanol-ethyl acetate(8.1∶9.4∶26∶4) as the mobile phase. The Linear refraction scanning at emission wavelength 320nm. The average recovery was 98.93%, and RSD was 1.78%.
