目的 探讨应用钛环血管吻合器建立大鼠原位肝移植(OLT)模型的可能性.方法 采用雄性SD大鼠80只,分为钛环钉法(TS)组和三袖套法(TC)组,行OLT各20次.结果 TS组与TC组比较,手术时间、无肝期、手术成功率及1周存活率差异均不显著.TS组修肝准备时间较TC组短,分别为(19.55±3.9)min和(23.35±5.9)min,两组比较,P<0.05.吻合血管的阻塞率TS组低于TC组(5%和35%),P<0.05.结论 应用钛环钉行大鼠OLT操作简便,在肉眼或额镜下可操作,是建立大鼠OLT的可行方法,并为临床肝移植应用钛环钉吻合供肝各血管来缩短无肝期和减少血管并发症提供了依据.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of establishment of ortbotopic liver transplantation (OLT) model by using titanium staplers in the rat.Methods Eighty SD rats were divided into two groups with three-cuff(TC) and titanium staplers(TS) techniques being carried out in OLTs respectively for 20 times.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,anhepatic period,successful rate and one-week survival rate between the two groups.The preparing time to modify the graft in TS group was shorter than that in TC group(19.55±3.9)min vs (23.35±5.9)min,(P<0.05).The incidence of anastomotic blockage in TS group was lower than that in TC group(5%vs 35%,P<0.05).Conclusions The operation procedure of OLT using titanium stapler in rat iS simpler and faster,which can be done under nude eyes.It iS feasible to establish OLT model in rat by this method.This method will provide basis to shorten the anhaptic period and reduce the vascular complications by applying the titanium stapiers anastomotic technique to the clinical OLT.
