CD133分子是一种新的造血干细胞标志,可能是某些肿瘤的肿瘤干细胞标志.目前,有关CD133的研究多关注在CD133-1上,而CD133-2与CD133-1的关系研究较少.该文聚焦于CD133这两类亚型分子,以便有效地提高其针对性,并有可能进一步区分造血干细胞与白血病干细胞,为白血病的靶向治疗提供理论和实验基础.

CD133 molecule is a new symbol of hematopoietic stem cells ( HSC). It may be a symbol of cancer stem cells in some cancer. Up to now, CD133 - 1 molecule has been paid close attention to in much literature . But research of their relationship between CD133-1 and CD 133-2 has little. The study will focus on two different CD133 molecule so that HSC and leukemic stem cells can be distinguished with using subgroup molecule. And this will provide theoretical and experimental foundation for targeted therapy of leukemia.
