目的 观察LASIK术中角膜瓣厚度与切削面光滑程度的关系.方法 对2009年1月至2009年3月接受LASIK的105例,209只眼进行观察分析.手术中测量角膜瓣厚度并记录切削面光滑程度的形态特点.结果 角膜瓣厚度与切削面的光滑程度相关.表现为:角膜瓣越厚的角膜切削面越粗糙.结论 角膜瓣的厚度是影响切削面光滑程度的重要因素.

Objective To observe the relationship between corneal flap thickness and smooth degree of the curing surface in LASIK.Methods Analyzed 105 patients (209 eyes) who underwent LASIK during Jan.to Mar.2009 in our hospital.The corned flap thickness were measured and the characteristic of the smooth degree of the cutting surface were recorded.Results The corned flap thickness were correlative with the smooth degree of the cutting surface,the thicker the corned flap,the cruder the cornea cutting surface.Conclusions The corneal flap thicker is the important factor that influences the smooth degree of the cutting surface.
