为了探讨微量元素对儿童健康的影响,检测了中山市火炬开发区1078名2个月~14岁儿童头发锌、锌、铜、钙、锰、铅。结果发现,不同年龄组儿童同一元素的含量不同,婴、幼儿组发锌、铁、钙明显低于其他年龄组,同时缺锌、缺铁、缺钙、高铅是引起儿童厌食、佝偻病、上呼吸道感染的主要原因。建议针对病因开展儿童微量元素缺乏的防治工作。

To investigate the effects of trace elements in the health of children, Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn,Pb in hair of 1078 children at the of age 2 month to 14 years old in the torch development area in Zhongshan city were determined. The results showed that there is a difference of the same trace element of children among different age groups. Zn,Fe,Ca in hair of hnfant and young children groups were much lower than those of the other age groups. Meanwhile, the deficiency of Zn,Fe,Ca and high Pb can be prone to anorexia,rickets and upper respiratory infection of children. It is suggested that prevention and treatment of the deficiency of trace elements in children should be actively developed in accordance with their eauses.
