Sudden hearing loss Cow-fat seed(WBLX)
本研究共收集突发性耳聋病人62例,其中王不留行治疗组32例,取得较好疗效,总有效率为75.01%(痊愈6.25%、显效21.86%、好转46.9%),与对照组(丹参注射液治疗组)相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本病疗效与病人年龄、病程等因素关系十分密切,老年人,特别是50岁以上的病人、病程长者疗效较差。
为进一步验证王不留行的临床疗效,我们运用豚鼠静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐造成血瘀模型,检测耳蜗电位变化、血液流变学等指标,结果表明:王不留行能显著改善血瘀模型豚鼠耳蜗电位(CM、N1)的下降幅度,降低全血粘度。提示:王不留行的作用机理可能与改善血液的“浓、粘、凝”状态、改善内耳微循环等作用有关。

본연구공수집돌발성이롱병인62례,기중왕불류행치료조32례,취득교호료효,총유효솔위75.01%(전유6.25%、현효21.86%、호전46.9%),여대조조(단삼주사액치료조)상비무현저성차이(P>0.05)。본병료효여병인년령、병정등인소관계십분밀절,노년인,특별시50세이상적병인、병정장자료효교차。
위진일보험증왕불류행적림상료효,아문운용돈서정맥주사고분자우선당항조성혈어모형,검측이와전위변화、혈액류변학등지표,결과표명:왕불류행능현저개선혈어모형돈서이와전위(CM、N1)적하강폭도,강저전혈점도。제시:왕불류행적작용궤리가능여개선혈액적“농、점、응”상태、개선내이미순배등작용유관。
62 patients suffering from sudden hearing loss were included in this research. 32 cases were treated by WBLX. Better curative effect was obtained with a to taly effective rate of 75.01% (6.25% fully cured,21.86% obviously cured, 46.9% improved). The difference was not significant as compared with the control group (P>0.05). Therapeutic effectiveness of this disease is correlated closely with the patient's age and duration of illness. For the aged patients, especially elder than 50 years old, the curative rate was rather poor. In order to further identify the clinical effect of WBLX, we detected the changesof intracochlear D. C. potentials and indices of rheology in animal model of blood stasis syndrome. The results demonstrate that oral liquor of WBLX can notably lower the descending amplitude of intracochlear D. C. potentials and reduce the whole blood viscosity. It suggests that the mechanism of WBLX may relate to the improvement of blood pycnemia, viscosity, coagulation, clot formation and promotion of micro-circulation in the inner ear.
