目的　为了减轻切开法重睑术后的肿胀和缩短恢复时间。方法　在3520例的术中将上睑0.2mm左右直径的皮下静脉分离出来，不损伤，不切断。结果　甚为满意，手术时间并不比传统切开法长，术中出血及术后肿胀均甚轻微，术后1～2天即可恢复正常生活。结论　本法简单、有效，值得推广使用。
목적　위료감경절개법중검술후적종창화축단회복시간。방법　재3520례적술중장상검0.2mm좌우직경적피하정맥분리출래，불손상，불절단。결과　심위만의，수술시간병불비전통절개법장，술중출혈급술후종창균심경미，술후1～2천즉가회복정상생활。결론　본법간단、유효，치득추엄사용。
Objective　For the purpose of lessening the postoperative swelling and shortening the recovery period in double eyelid fold operation. Methods　The upper eyelid subcutaneous veins of about 0.2mm diameter were dissected and kept from injury in 3*!520 cases. Results　The results were satisfactory. The operation time was not longer than that of the traditional incison method. Both the bleeding and postoperative swelling were very slight. The convalescent times were only 1 or 2 days after operation. Conclusion　This method is simple and effective worthy to be used widely.
