测定了不同来源、不同工艺的润滑油基础油近红外谱图,以偏最小二乘方法为数学工具,通过硅胶吸附法取得基础数据,建立基础油的近红外光谱-化学族组成模型。采用该模型测定 未知样品与硅胶吸附法的测定结果相比,饱和烃质量分数和芳烃质量分数相关系数分别为 0.9877和0.9875。对子分析结果表明,两种分析方法的测定结果一致。近红外 分析方法重现性好,分析速度快,结果准确,且不消耗有机溶剂。

A new analytical method of determining the chemical composition of lube base oil s was developed,based on FT-NIR spectros copy in the 1620~1920 nm region.NIR spec tra of lube base oils of different origi n and processing schemes were recorded.Partial least squares(PLS) technique was? applied to construct the mathematical models,which correlated the NIR spectral f eatures with the chemical composition an alyzed by silica gel absorbent column.Fo ur factors were used.Twenty-one unknown? samples were tested by NIR method and the conventional method.The correlation coefficients of the results tested by the? two methods were 0.9877 and 0.9875,for saturates content and aromatics content,respectively.The validity of the develope d method was proved by pairedt test.T he? NIR method,with its advantages of better repeatability,shorter time of testing,simpler operation and without need of so lvent,can be used as an alternative for? determining the chemical composition of? lube base oils.
