在分析0~6 000m石油井下岩石所受超高压多压力联合作用环境的基础上,采用现代控制技术对井下岩石所受的多维耦合压力进行了模拟及控制,研究探索了一种超高压溢流控制的实现方法及超高压、复杂介质控制执行机构设计。经调试测试证明,该系统控制可靠,对类似超高压、多压力、介质复杂的控制系统研制有很好的借鉴作用。
在分析0~6 000m石油井下巖石所受超高壓多壓力聯閤作用環境的基礎上,採用現代控製技術對井下巖石所受的多維耦閤壓力進行瞭模擬及控製,研究探索瞭一種超高壓溢流控製的實現方法及超高壓、複雜介質控製執行機構設計。經調試測試證明,該繫統控製可靠,對類似超高壓、多壓力、介質複雜的控製繫統研製有很好的藉鑒作用。

On the basis of analyzing the environment in which the rock that is in 0~6000 meters downhole suffers the various superhigh pressure together,the multi-dimension and related pressures that act on the rock have been simulated and controlled by using the advanced control technique.A kind of overflow control way of superhigh pressures is developed.And a control executive mechanism design of superhigh pressures and complicated media is also presented.Through the adjustment and test,the result proves that the system is reliable.The development for the similar superhigh pressure and multi-pressure complicated-media control system will benefit from it.
