研究汽车排气系统内压力波的形成及其传播过程与发动机工作状况之间的关系,为及时诊断故障,利用GT-POWER软件建立一个四缸四行程的汽油发动机模型.计算结果显示在发动机的一个工作周期内,压力波出现了四个波峰和波谷,分别对应四个汽缸的排气行程;修改发动机的转速,会影响排气压力波的幅值、谐波成分、相位等参数;在排气行程末期,排气压力波在排气管内发生干涉、叠加和负压效应.结果对利用排气压力波进行发动机的综合故障诊断具有重要意义.
研究汽車排氣繫統內壓力波的形成及其傳播過程與髮動機工作狀況之間的關繫,為及時診斷故障,利用GT-POWER軟件建立一箇四缸四行程的汽油髮動機模型.計算結果顯示在髮動機的一箇工作週期內,壓力波齣現瞭四箇波峰和波穀,分彆對應四箇汽缸的排氣行程;脩改髮動機的轉速,會影響排氣壓力波的幅值、諧波成分、相位等參數;在排氣行程末期,排氣壓力波在排氣管內髮生榦涉、疊加和負壓效應.結果對利用排氣壓力波進行髮動機的綜閤故障診斷具有重要意義.

To study the relationship between the formation and dissemination of pressure wave and engine working condition,this paper creates a four-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine model with GT-POWER software.The results show that four pressure wave crests and troughs have appeared,corresponding to the four-cylinder exhaust travel respectively.When the engine speed is modified,exhaust pressure will affect the amplitude of the wave,harmonic components,phase,and other parameters.At the end of exhaust trip,interference,superposition,negative effect of exhaust pressure wave will occur in the exhaust pipe.The results are of great significance to engine integrated fault diagnosis using exhaust pressure wave.
